These prestigious new single piece rods are designed to be specifi cally matched with Shimano’s new Fire Blood reel range in both colour and performance (click here for reel details).

Made of high modulus graphite, they feature lightweight single foot Fuji guides, new Fuji Fossilwood reel seats, and soft synthetic grips. The butt section also makes use of a split grip design to cut down on weight and increase rod performance.

The Spin XL is 7’ 2” in length and designed for one to two kilo line (perfect for trout, bream and bass work), while the Spin L is slightly heavier in action for two to four kilo line and measures 6’ 9” overall (a lot of fun with flatties, salmon and tailor).

The Spin M is a versatile three to six kilo stick that measures 7’ (think pinkie snapper, big flatties, school jew, and of course barra).

As an added bonus, each rod comes with its own cloth covered and lined custom rod tube (with adjustable carry strap) for protection during transport. While the fish probably won’t care, it also has Fire Blood embroidered on the side!
